General assembly

All associates and shareholders meet regularly in the general assembly, being the supreme body of a company. The law says that a general assembly must be held at least once a year. The general assembly approves changes of the company and its statutes; the assembly adopts changes of the basic capital; the highest members of a company get elected and decisions are made on the company's liquidation or change of its legal form. The presence of a notary is mandatory with some legal acts and changes. It is on the sole discretion of the highest company members, whether they will invite a notary also with acts, where his presence is not mandatory.

When the protocol of a general assembly is drawn up in the form of a notarial protocol, it cannot happen that it will be later modified, antedated or manipulated in any other way. The protocol will be safely long-term archived in the Central Notary Register of Deeds.
